Midas LLC was founded in 2009 by Mr. Rashid Al-Hosni pioneered by his lifelong passion for food and culinary innovation. Born and raised in Oman, Mr. Rashid has spent nearly two decades traveling the globe to bring back world-class inspirations, transforming them into thriving local Omani eateries. Under his visionary leadership, the company has built a legacy in F&B operations across Oman, successfully building and operating over ten distinct F&B brands. His clever approach to business dynamics has completely redefined Oman's hospitality landscape.

Midas LLC started by running restaurants in Muscat—not by acquiring them on paper. Every format we operate, from QSR to fast-casual to to-go, was tested in real GCC market conditions before it was offered to any partner.
That sequence matters. Brands like Italiano and Dr. Burger carry operational data—real locations, real service volumes, real margin structures—that most holding companies cannot show at the table.
